This page introduces an external open-source repository. It is not an HDATF product.

What it does
Jumper is an open-source toolkit for developing a crab-shaped robot with 22 degrees of freedom by giving prompts to an AI coding assistant. The robot's appearance becomes a .skin file through the separate jumper-design repository, and motions such as a tripod gait are trained with reinforcement learning, replayed and evaluated, and then packaged as .app files. Scenes are defined as .map files, and simulation runs on mjlab, rsl_rl, MuJoCo and MuJoCo Warp. The repository contains URDF meshes, state machine code for deployment under deploy/fsm, a tests folder and skill files under .claude/skills that the AI coding assistant reads. The README states that maintainer materials are licensed under Apache-2.0 and that this license does not automatically extend to generated outputs. The README is 68 lines long, so this entry covers only what the README and the file list show.
License
Apache-2.0 Permissive, with a patent grant. Commercial use is allowed; keep the notices and state your changes.

Only repositories in the ranked Trendshift lists are included, and the lists are used only to find candidates. We do not copy their ranks. Descriptions, licenses and star counts come from each GitHub repository. The notes are our own reading. We have not tested these projects, and a place on a trending list does not prove quality.
