vincentsch/explainroo

What it does

A tool that turns a script into a narrated MP4 explainer video, with the voice from Kokoro, word timing from Whisper and a canvas renderer, all running on the user's own computer. A coding agent writes two files, one holding the words the voice says and one drawing the pictures in JavaScript, then builds the video and checks it.

How it helps ATF

An AX consulting delivery ends with people who have to learn a new MES or LIMS screen, and a short narrated clip explains a step better than a page of text. Keeping the voice and the rendering on our own machine is worth comparing when the screen in the clip shows customer data.

Only repositories in the ranked Trendshift lists are included, and the lists are used only to find candidates. We do not copy their ranks. Descriptions, licenses and star counts come from each GitHub repository. The notes are our own reading. We have not tested these projects, and a place on a trending list does not prove quality.
