What it does

portless replaces local port numbers with stable named .localhost URLs, with HTTPS on by default through a local certificate authority. It assigns each app a port and adds port flags for frameworks that ignore the PORT variable.

How it helps ATF

Loosely useful when developing several local web services at once. Its stable named URLs, meant for both people and agents, could be a reference for how Harness executors find a running app during a task.

License

Apache-2.0 Permissive, with a patent grant. Commercial use is allowed; keep the notices and state your changes.
