What it does

GitNexus indexes a codebase into a knowledge graph of dependencies, call chains and execution flows, and exposes it to AI coding agents through a CLI and MCP tools. A web UI also allows chatting with a repository.

How it helps ATF

A reference for how Harness could give executors such as Claude Code and Codex a structured view of a codebase before they edit. Serving a knowledge graph through MCP is also worth comparing for Company Brain.
