What it does

A now-deprecated catalog of Agent Skills for Codex. Skills are folders of instructions, scripts and resources that agents can discover and use for specific tasks, grouped here as system, curated and experimental.

How it helps ATF

A reference for how Harness or ATF Works could package repeatable work as skill folders of instructions and scripts. Since the repository is deprecated, the plugins repository it points to may be the better comparison.
