A Claude Code plugin with 67 skills for full-stack development across 12 categories, which activate based on the request and load matching reference files. It also has workflow commands that manage epics with Jira and Confluence.

How it helps ATF

Worth comparing for Harness skill design, especially how a request picks a skill and which reference files load with it. The epic commands tied to Jira and Confluence could also be a reference for linking agent work to ATF Works projects.
