What it does

GitHub Copilot SDK lets applications call the agent runtime behind Copilot CLI from Python, TypeScript, Go, .NET, Java or Rust. The application defines agent behavior, and the runtime handles planning, tool calls and file edits.

How it helps ATF

Worth comparing with how Harness hands a task to executors such as Claude Code or Codex, as an example of calling an agent runtime directly from application code.

License

MIT Permissive. Commercial use and changes are allowed if the copyright notice is kept.
