An agent toolkit that includes a unified API for several LLM providers, an agent runtime with tool calling and state management, a terminal UI library, and a self-extensible coding agent CLI.

How it helps ATF

Worth comparing with Harness, since its agent runtime manages tool calling and state. The readme notes it has no built-in permission system, so it could also be a reference for deciding where permission checks belong.
