What it does
A CLI for coding agents that finds code by what it does. Asked a question about a repository, it returns relevant files, reading leads and verbatim source excerpts, using Jev to judge relevance.
How it helps ATF
For Harness, it is worth comparing as a way to give an executor a starting point in an unfamiliar repository before it changes code. It needs a key for an external model provider.
