What it does

An AI coding agent CLI supporting multiple model backends. It includes tool calls, skills, subagents, context compression, hooks and sandbox controls.

How it helps ATF

Harness can compare its skill loading, isolated subagent contexts and pre/post-tool hooks when designing delegated execution and test gates.
