What it does
book-to-skill turns a technical book PDF, a document folder or a set of sources into an agent skill with frameworks, decision rules, anti-patterns and per-chapter files. The agent then loads the relevant chapter on demand to answer questions.
How it helps ATF
A reference for turning manuals and long documents into skills that an agent reads chapter by chapter when needed. Worth comparing with how Company Brain could supply company material to Harness executors such as Claude Code or Hermes.
