What it does

Hallmark is a design skill for Claude Code, Cursor and Codex that builds UI while avoiding generic AI-generated looks. It picks a page structure and theme, runs slop-test checks before output, and can audit, redesign or study existing designs.

How it helps ATF

Its check-before-output step is a reference for how Harness could test a result against written rules before handing it back. The audit mode, which lists problems without editing, is also worth comparing for reviewing ATF Works screens.
