What it does

tgrep builds a trigram index of a codebase and runs a server that watches for file changes, so regex searches only read files that could match instead of scanning every file.

How it helps ATF

Worth comparing for Harness, whose executors such as Claude Code and Codex search code while they work. Keeping an updated index instead of rescanning files each time could be a reference for large repositories.
