OpenWiki is a CLI in which an agent reads a codebase or personal sources, writes a linked Markdown wiki and keeps it current on each change. It also tracks key facts back to versioned source evidence.

Worth comparing with how Company Brain connects company material to work. Its way of tying wiki facts to versioned sources and flagging them when those sources change could be a reference for keeping the ATF Works wiki accurate.
