What it does

A tool that reads local agent session transcripts from seven harnesses and proposes evidence-backed edits to AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md and project skills under a token budget. Analysis never writes, and a person accepts or rejects each edit.

How it helps ATF

When considering how Harness could improve agent instructions from past sessions, its rule that each add, rewrite or remove edit needs evidence from at least two distinct sessions, with a person accepting or rejecting each edit, is worth comparing.
