What it does

A free, open-source local AWS emulator for development, testing and CI that needs no cloud account or auth token. Existing AWS tools and test suites can point at it, and it is described as a drop-in LocalStack replacement.

How it helps ATF

It is a general development tool, so any link to ATF Works is indirect. It could be a reference for testing code that uses AWS services locally and in CI without a cloud account.

License

MIT Permissive. Commercial use and changes are allowed if the copyright notice is kept.
