What it does

A local tool that builds a code knowledge graph, keeps it synced as code changes, and serves it to coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex through MCP tools, aiming to cut tokens and tool calls.

How it helps ATF

Could be a reference for letting Harness executors use a prepared, synced index of a codebase instead of repeated file searches during coding tasks.
