What it does

An example Claude Code project setup with skills that describe team conventions, hooks that format code, run tests and block edits on the main branch, a code review agent, and GitHub Actions workflows for PR review.

A reference for how skills, hooks and a review agent are laid out in one repository, worth comparing with how Harness hands coding work to Claude Code and checks the result.
