What it does

A set of engineering skills for AI coding agents that packages workflows and quality gates for each development phase. Slash commands such as /spec, /plan, /build, /test, /review and /ship activate the matching skills.

How it helps ATF

A reference for packaging, as skills, the steps from spec to review that Harness could ask executors to follow. Its build mode, where a plan is approved once and each task is tested and committed separately, is worth comparing with Harness's evidence checks.
