The work problem
Lennar's divisional systems and definitions produced conflicting reports. Employees using its LenAI assistant still had to ask the data team whether answers were trustworthy.
Technology and data
LenAI answers natural-language questions with a trust score combining Ataccama data quality, freshness and pipeline success. It also checks source grounding and additional validation. Employees decide whether the evidence supports a business decision.
Results
In Ataccama's customer story, Lennar said visible evidence reduced hesitation and increased adoption. Users can judge data reliability without a separate conversation with the data team.
Limits and open questions
Measured answer accuracy and time savings are absent. Self-remediation agents remain under development.
